what I'm working on) 650-700inch pounds ("I" converted to the high value
aprox.60 foot pounds). Then it says for the LDS4651a 115-120 foot pounds.
Someone got a deuce manual of a high enough echelon that it has this torque

I think you've asked for the wrong manual. What you need is the engine
manual (TM9-2815-210-34), where on page 3-371 of the June 1978 edition there
is a torque chart. It lists, among many other things, the flywheel mounting
bolts at 115-120 pound-feet. Page 3-319 says torque to intermediate torque
of 80-90, then a final torque of 115-120.

Hope this helps,
David Doyle
