USAF colors for 1951 M-38

Last week I sent out for information regarding the use of blue for USAF
Jeeps. That Is, what year did they start using blue and what was the correct
color shade.

I got one response stating that it was Strata blue with yellow markings from
Chuck H. I believe he is correct, but I still don't know what year they
started this process.

Also, would anyone know where to find strata blue and what shade of yellow
was used?
