No. GEN Shinseki, Chief of Staff of the Army is NOT SPECIAL FORCES Q'd. He
attened Ranger School, but never served in a Ranger Battalion and as such
NEVER EARNED A BLACK BERET.
GEN Shelton, Chairman of Joint Chiefs is Special Forces qualified. Tough
looking guy too. I briefed him a couple of times while I was helping to
destroy Serbian Military Vehicles in Kosovo.
