The serial number is on the outside of the left front frame rail, just
behind the bumper (and on the data plate if you still have it).
It should be an eight digit number (in your case) beginning with the number
8. T214 desgnates a WW2 3/4-Ton.
One of the old practices in the US was to use the engine serial number on
the title instead of the frame number. Check your engine serial number and
see if it matches your title.
