David Doyle is indeed correct in his statement above. The fuel can (along
with many other items) formed part of the "Additional Authorization List"...
the AAL....and as such had to be signed for when the vehicle was handed over
from one to another. For the M151-series, this procedure was eventually
standardised in the shape of TM9-2320-218-10-HR "Hand Receipt Covering
Contents of Components of End-Item".
