This is probably not labor cost effective, since multifuel deuces sell so
cheap.
I'll try to run down the changes that come to mind.
Engine
Clutch (bigger on multifuel)
Transmission (Overdrive type on multifuel)
Exhaust system in its entirety
fuel tank (multifuel has in tank fuel pump)
Radiator
push button for starter
right side panel of hood
air cleaner assy
modify wiring harness (to accept intank fuel pump, starter etc.)

You can do all this, and retain the original front fenders, but it sure will
be cozy. The multifuel fenders allow more room under hood.
