British style part numbers

Hi List,

Can anyone help decipher the British style part numbers below:

LV6-MT13-ADD.V-3420-0-0MS70013
LV6-MT10-?????

They are supposed to be WW2 truck canvas but for what - they
don't seem to resemble that fitted to any common vehicles??

I understand there was an article in the UK Windscreen Magazine
on these type of vehicle numbers - can anyone supply a copy in any
electronic format or at least explain the prefixes used by this sytem.
