Jeff is absolutely right.....you are at the mercy of the guy with the gun
and the badge !! And you know where that leaves you !! They "are the
law"..and "they" will tell you that on the spot..! DOT and State Police
have the same basic rules..you ARE guilty..because WE say so..! And that's
