I would think that this is a modification done by an
outside company, maybe even sourced by Rockwell. Air
locking diffs are not too complicated as they merely
lock the spiders. Someone that is good with a welder,
a machinist, and has a good bit of determination could
probably built some. Especially if you had one to work
off of as a pattern.
