I towed my 5 ton and my duece both a short distance and the front wheels
turn as fast as the ones on the ground. May have something to do with it, of
course dropping front drive shaft would cure that -- my tow truck operator
tells me that some transmission do not oil properly in tow mode. He always
makes it a practice to drop drive shafts between axles and transmission
