equipment etc.
http://academic.uofs.edu/faculty/gramborw/atav/guntrucks.htm

http://academic.uofs.edu/faculty/gramborw/atav/gunpictures.htm
Has listings of individual trucks that served in Vietnam and their
individual histories.
That's some of the stuff that I ran across while researching the subject. I
worked with an industrial maintenance man that was a Vietnam 'vehicle
recovery specialist', as he put it. He told some very interesting stories
of the vehicles that they had modified and used. After digging on the
subject, I can truly say that he wasn't 'blowing smoke'. The troops got
very creative.
Hope this gets you started.
