Leave the wheels and tires bolted to the drum, squirt some grease on the floor
under the tires, let the jack down to take the weight off the spindle, and slide
the drum/wheels off the spindle. Then roll them aside. Or, buy a hydraulic wheel
dolly for a lot of money.
