Hi all.. for all who missed this before - here it is again..
Again..here is what happened to Jack..
He was buying a bunch of stuff for himself and the museum he plans to open
in Utah..
The place he was buying the stuff from is in California. We all know what a
wonderful state it is..!
Apparently, the place had been under scrutiny by the HAZMAT people and EPA
or somebody.
Jack loaded up and headed for Utah...on the way - about 30 miles from where
he loaded - he was stopped by the COPS...and the BATF and the Bomb Squad and
who ever else wanted to jump in. He was detained for 4 hours or more... All
sorts of random charges were thrown at him... Finally...everyone from the
FEDS left..There was no violation for them to get involved in. The final 2
counts against Jack are..."HAVING NO PLACARD" on the rear of the trailer..
and not having the proper loading documents for hauling some solid rocket
propellant and some blasting caps. Jack is licensed for all this stuff and
there was no problem...but California - San Bernardino Bomb Squad pukes are
calling Jack a "terrorist"... Nothing could be further from the truth..Jack
is a gem of a guy...and this is a slap in the face to us all... The 2 charge
in CA are felonies guys.. Lets get some more letters off to him..NOW !!!!
