Hi,

Sorry, but all aircraft prior to 1945 were NOT tail draggers.
The B24/C87, B26 Marauder, P38, P39 and the Connie are
some examples of WWII USAAFaircraft with nose gear.
Even the Navy had some (F7F, R5D(C54)).
If you were working in tight spaces a heavy truck would not
be the choice of a tow vehicle.
