Western Sandblast had parts ready for me yesterday, so the evening was
spent primer painting. My little paint booth worked well, but I forget how
thirsty freshly blasted metal is. It's taking a lot of primer. Also
interesting all the little tweaks and dings that jump out at you once the
paint is off.
I got the first coat on front and rear fenders, inner fenders, fender and
running board brackets, the hood, radiator cover, brush guards, a couple
interior panels, and three jerry cans. They're supposed to have more parts
done for me today, so I'll be in the booth again tonight.
