G'day Colin,
The "fleep" was the flying jeep project done in Melbourne. There is a
good 4-page article on it, including two pages of 1/35 and 1/72 scale 3-view
diagrams in the 2-89 issue of the Australian Plastic Modeller's Association
Journal. You can order this back issue from APMA, see our website
http://www.tac.com.au/~sljenkins/apma.htm
The fleep was built but did not actually make it into the air. The pictures
you have would be of the british "Rotabuggy". A two-page article on this
entirely unconnected project (with a page of 1/72 scale 3-views) appeared in
Airfix magazine, November 1970.
I hope that helps,
Steve Malikoff.
