i've never gotten that feeling when asking questions or reading posts, loved
hearing about the M8 problems that doug is fixing, and didn't see any negative
posts about it.

well i see the WWII jeep collectors club mentality is raising it's head again.
i would refer you to my post's of about 1 year ago.
i can make these comments as a 20+ year vehicle collector with everything from a
GP, HALF-TRACK, M8 to numerous M-SERIES vehicles.
i for one think it is a BIG mistake to splinter the list like this, it helps to
keep the "WWII jeep collectors club mentality" alive and well. this is the very
thing that will cause decline in club membership over a period of time.

i bet in the end people will post to all 3 lists and your new list will become
polluted with the DREADED M-SERIES VEHICLE questions.
just a guess but knowing human nature, i would want to pose a question to the
widest possible audience if i were trying to resolve a problem.
