Rust question

Hi all!
I've got a question for the "rust professionals" on the list. I'm in the
midst of restoring a Carryall and am bit perplexed as to how to go about
stopping the surface rust in those areas between panels. I'm talking about
those areas between the inner and outer skins where the window boxes drain
into. Even the areas behind the window boxes seem like are going to be a bit
of a problem to seal. And I don't even want to think about inside the
tailgate and upper rear hatch! Well guess I they're small enough where I
could use some of the OxiSolv that Eastwood sells. Hmmm... probably could
fashion a spray tip on a flexible shaft to get into those panels. Problem
is, I'll never know if I'm getting good coverage or not.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to take the body down and have it dipped and
then galvanized (a bit extreme?), but that's not possible with my limited
resources and storage constraints. Since "rust never sleeps", eventually I
would think this surface rust would disintegrate my rig from the inside out.
I'd love it if some way distant descendant were still taking the beast out
into the hills or driving it in a parade in 2342 to celebrate it's 400th
birthday!

I don't suppose anyone makes a rust converter in "fogger" form? :^)

What do you guys think? What have you done in the past and is it holding up?

TIA for any replies!
