I cannot answer your question, but I can help: I have asked the members of
a military railways List I am into, for help! As soon as I get any info I
shall pass it to you (off list).
I am not sure, but IIRC, I have an article on Eisenhower Funeral Train in
one of my old railway magazines... Any interest in it? Of course, I have
to look for it and it will take some time...
