I have used "International Title Service" to obtain a title for my
Kettenkrad. They were fast (10 days) and relatively inexpensive. The fees
vary depending on the type of vehicle. With the paperwork I received from
them, I was able to go to my home states MVA an get a title and tag
processed immediately.
