King, Charles I, he eventually had him decapitated. Starting a trend
with the French.....who had revolutions.Started a democracy.....no
Americans did not invent it,but the Puritan Pilgrims brought
principles.Organized his army,close order drill and such today are
thanks to him.After subduing the Royalist he headed North and kicked
Scottish bum/butt.Not being finished proceeded to 'smack down' Ireland,
Wexford and Gory got put to the sword.Welsh lucked out in the most
part,think the Parliamentarians only lost one battle,Oly was not there.
Nice chap,but King Charles II had his body dug up,hung and other nasty
deeds.
