1/2 track breaks??

Has anyone every worked on the front breaks on a 1942 1/2 track? We
appear to have fluid leaking through the front break cylinders. Is it
just the wheel and drum that have to come off to replace the cylinders
or do we have to remove bearings?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
