I'm in desperate need of the following documents. Please Help.

The following were reported to be on file at CMH prior to 1986, but they
say they can't find them.(CORDS is an acronym for "Civil Operations and
Revolutionary Development Support")

Anybody live in the Washington DC area that can help me find these
documents?

I also need all possible information on the testing, installation, & use
