Well the Rally site was busy today! cars pulling in every 2 minutes, phone ringing off the hook, why? , because there is no rain in the forecast!!!! venders were coming in, setting up, there are some great vehicles already on site a Kettenrad (spl), Super DUKW, couple of cushman bikes, etc.
Easist way in is I95 to Exit 85, head East on Route 22 to Aberdeen Proving Ground (4 miles) follow signs to Rally site across from Ruggles golf course. If taking route 40, just follow signs to Aberdeen/Aberdeen Proving Ground, there are signs posted to Rally site.
For visitors, cost to enter is $5, this is basically for a raffle ticket for the Volvo Military Ambulance that the Museum is raffling off. Drawing to be held 3:00pm Sat 12 May. Complete and runs fine, located at entrance to rally site next to HQ/Reg tent.
The field is basically sold out but there are a few singles scattered around the field, for any last minute takers, again proceeds donated to Museum and Scouts helping us out.
