Just picked up the July "Four Wheeler" magazine which means that it's
probably been sitting there a while, it's almost mid june so august should
be out any time.
There is an article about buying MV's surplus. Actually not a bad article.
Nothing that anyone on this list wouldn't know but all in all I'd say a good
primer for a newby looking to get into it. Just like the M715 article I
posted a few days ago, not one word about big tires, lift kits, engine swaps
or the like. They were pretty low key on legally owning mutts and hummers
and they prominently stated "there are no $500 surplus jeeps in crates,
never has been and never will be"
