Duct tape and bailing wire should handle bodywork and mechanical problems.

Cell phone and the number of your closest friend with a big wrecker should
handle anything else.

If you've done your maintainence and upkeep likely you'll never need either.
Unless, of course, you really need to be somewhere in the truck. In which
case the odds increase a little that that itinerant Irish engineer (Maloney?
Maybe it's Murphey) will step in an cause a breakdown beyond the
capabilities of your repair kit (the duct tape and bailing wire). But since
your friend with the wrecker will be sitting next to you that day, and the
cell phone batteries will be dead as well...

Subject: [MV] Road Trip Survival Kit for M35A2 ?

Hello List...

Well, my M35A2 is scheduled to arrive later today (Wednesday) and I
can't wait!

I need suggestions for what one should carry on board the M35A2 to
facilitate roadside repairs (besides an extra M35A2...ha ha). Assume
the person using your suggestions is mechanically able and very good
at troubleshooting and rigging things to work (isn't this a
prerequisite for owning a MV?) so a list of just the essential items
to address the majority of common breakdown causes are what you should
focus on.

Thank you.
