MV reimportation-ATF website?

Hi Listees,

I tried to find more information on the ATF's Firearms and Explosives
import Branch...they are the ones who deal with the FOrm 6's required to
import MV's. I just tried to access the ATF website at

http://www.atf.treas.gov/

I got a FORBIDDEN error....does it work for any of any of you?
