Ok my latist aquisition ( yes I'm trying to catchup
with Steve Keith, but I doubt I'll do it) is a 42 Chevy
1 1/2 4 X 4.. Now this truck was one of the cargo ones
that was "converted" to a dump truck using the orignal
cargo body as the dump body..
The big difference here is that the truck was converted
and never used .. So here it sits with all this coversion
stuff and its all brand new save for the cargo body which
in nice condition (truck spent its life stored indoors after
conversion)
Now my intent is to convert this truck into a crash truck
(and yes I know where there is a complete crash truck back
end sitting) so the question poses is anyone out there
interested in the complete dump body system conversion and
if so whats it worth ??? Contact me off line if interested.
