Theft and larceny are the same thing. Burglary is kinda par with breaking
and entering. One who enters or remains in a structure or conveyance with
intent to commit another crime, commits burglary.
Robbery is a forcible theft. If you reach into a purse and lift a wallet,
thats theft. If you rip the purse off of the victims arm, thats robbery.
Contrary to what some people say, you can't rob a house but you can
burglarize a house. On the other hand you can't burglarize a person. This
is Florida law anyway.....kenny
