As of two and a half years ago when I was there for Officer Advanced Course,
it was open.
Wish I was going to be there with you guys but I have Reserve duty this week
and dadgumit its at Knox instead of Lee.

Maybe next year!

Is Fort Lee an 'open' post, or do you need an ID card to get on? When I
lived there in the late 1980's, it was an open post during the day, and
they posted gate guards after 1800 until 0600. Is it still this way, or are
DOD stickers and ID cards now not required to enter the post?
