You're right, the later 43-0209 manual from 1988 describing the 3-color camo
patterns don't show the rim color for the M151A2 (the 4-color patterns show
it for each wheel).
However, if you look at the other patterns for the M561, M1008, M1009,
HMMWV, and others, the color is listed as 1, which would be 383 Green. I'll
bet the M151A2 didn't vary from that convention.
