The Volvo is a great looking vehicle. It looks VERY much like the XM443
(Super Mule) built by Willys. I wonder if Willys had any inspiration from
this vehicle or vise-versa? I've also wondered if Willys got any ideas for
the M274 from the design of the Volkswagen? The engine and transmission
design is also VERY similar. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
Also, I have a suggestion on list usage and posting. As many messages as the
list gets daily, I think it would be good if the subject contained the
vehicles mentioned in the text. I realize that most do, but sometimes there
may be a vehicle "hiding" in the text. I find it increasingly difficult to
read all the messages. Many of them I delete because they don't effect me.
It's not that I'm not interested in scout cars and halftracks, I just don't
have any. I used to read them all, and have learned much about all kinds of
things. Just my opinion, anyone else have any?
Thanks for your time any consideration!!!!!!
Keith in TN.
