I have come into possession of two near mint uncut M151A2's. One is a Ford
Model showing only 3000 miles on the odometer. It has absolutely no rust, no
body dings dents or ripples. It is clean inside, outside, underneath. The
back floor of this jeep is not even dented or creased. It is perfectly
straight. No holes have been drilled into the body. This is the best
unrestored MUTT I have seen. The paint appears to be only 1 layer thick.
This jeep has never had the ROPS kit installed. All it needs is two tires
and some fresh gas. This jeep is almost as issued. $8900
The other is an AM General M151A2. It is also uncut and without ROPS. This
jeep needs very little. The body is rust free. It is showing 1300 miles on
the clock, and has very quiet diffs. The paint is even marked in pencil for
a camo pattern. This jeep needs very little. I would leave it exactly the
way it is to preserve its originality.
