I get bounce warnings for messages that the mil-veh server has tried
to send to me, but that does not surprise me, because my ISP is a bit
flaky, IMHO. I don't think I've had any trouble posting to
mil-veh.org.
I think that Mr. Forster is right: I think it *is* a problem that your
ISP needs to fix, or at least help you investigate. Maybe their DNS
servers are mis-configured, or just have old information in their
caches? I'm posting this message to mil-veh@mil-veh.org, and here's
