Can hypnotize, and sparkle someone else's eyes. I must take exception to
the 'fact' or 'theory' that possession of a blue light, be it on or off
of a vehicle is illegal. We're not talking about controlled substances
here, wherein possession OR use is illegal. Using the blue light would be
considered impersonating an officer, which most assuredly is frowned
upon. But merely owning one? I'd take one thru the courts.
