Roger on that, Joe. Two members of the New Jersey Military Transport
Association(North Jersey chapter of the MVPA), John Sobotka and Randy Emr
placed their trucks (M35s) at a local gas station to act as a back drop for a
receiving center for supplies that are needed by the rescue workers in NYC.
They are collecting baby wipes, socks, shirts, bottled water and many other
assorted items needed by the rescue teams. The place was jammed with people
dropping stuff off. Another great aspect is that the gas station is owned by
a Palistinian American. He requested their presence. This is the greatest
country in the world.
