the exact same procedures as last time need to be utilised here:
1. Find out WHO is proposing this legislation;
2. Find out WHO is supporting/endorsing/seconding this legislation;
3. As "concerned" citizens, demand to see the Senators/Reps concerned;
4. Armed with ALL the facts, contact the media (TV-radio-newspapers) in those
politicians' home areas and get the media to question their motives.
