Nope,
Restoral consists of 2 things, parts and labor.
They ain't gonna pay the common individual for labor unless he can show
professional documentation.
They ain't gonna pay for parts that probably needed replacing anyway.
They would however, have to pay the cost if you bought it "restored", that
would be a proven cost.
