I'm looking for someone that knows about the laws in Oklahoma or Maine
concerning getting titles for '75 thru '91 trucks. I've heard it is
possible with just a bill of sale. I'd be willing to set someone up to do
it as a service/business if it can be done. Anybody out there know what
they're talking about and want to make some extra money?
