Cylinder Head Question

I have a m151a2. I'm thinking it is in need of a valve job. My question
is: is it cheaper just to buy a NOS cylinder Head? If so, who has them?

If I do rebuild the head, are replacement valves, guides, springs, etc.
available? Who has them.
