M37 Painting the manifold

I've got to take the intake and exhaust manifolds off of the engine to get
to the valves. I figured that since they're off, I might as well clean them
up a bit. I was thinking of using the grey POR-15 paint. Does anyone have
experience with that paint, or any other suggestions. In addition, does
anyone have a color photo of the engine compartment for an early M37? If
so, would you mind emailing it to me.
