Simply stated, according to the link to the end use form, if you have a
"demil Q" item i.e. M35A2, and you did not sign anything stating you know
you must notify the Gov if you sell it, and know you can't sell it to a
foreign national.
The guy that sold it to you and YOU might well be in violation of the law!

To make things even more confusing there are two end-use forms that I know
of and have signed. The first one stated that only if the contract(Form
1427) said to notify the govt.on resale then you was suppose to (None of
