I talked to John Bonsell in Sen. Inhofe's ofc, S.1416 was changed to S.1438,
they tried to kill it and were unsuccessful.
language was added to clear WW2 war birds and some other general vagaries,
however.
john was surprised to fond it covered firearms, and a whole lot of other
stuff, including HMVs.
I sent him a link to THE UNITED STATES MUNITIONS LIST.
The have another chance to deal with this in "Conference" and Sen Inhofe is
a part of this Conference.
This thing is just almost LAW! NOW!
John's comment was that Inhofe is against this, but it seemed that no one
else was too "up in the air" about it.
I told him we had had very little notice about what was happening, but as a
group we were darn sure "UP IN THE AIR!"
