Okay, this one did me in. You might recall where I posted concerning
starting and running problems with an M151A2. The problem turned
out to be a lock washer mashed between the carb gasket and intake
manifold. M151's are very vacuum conscious...
A vacuum test with the engine running after a push start was right on,
but starting vacuum was not there.
