I got the same thing, in fact, my Norton wouldn't let a particular email
through because it was to big and corrupted. when I tried to download, it
would terminate the connection, but, didn't delete the downloaded messages
from the server, so they kept building up. it also seems to be a problem at
One. I had to finally call tech support on the phone, and they went into the
server and deleted the huge email, and then it worked and cleared up.
