I have found that checks just cause grief to all concerned. Postal Money
orders seem to be the way to go, as long as you get them for the correct
amount! ( Sorry George!). Seems some vendors get used to you using this
method and ship as soon as you order, instead of waiting for the funds to
arrive...proving trust of one another is still well and alive in this
country.
Bounced or returned checks leave a bad taste in everyone's mouths,
unless they are cashier checks, which are pricier than PMO's.
