M37 parts needed

I'm working for a non-email-having-friend to find him some parts for
his M37.

He's looking for:

1)brake master cylinder cover plate for the floorboard
2)fuel pump cover plate for the bed
3)canvas cover for the bed w/flaps.

I'm in search of a set of bows, corners, and canvas for the
bed too if anybody has leads on that.
