As far as he is concerned, if all muzzleloader rifles from pre-Revolutionary
war times were confiscated, that would increase US security. These people
are after everything!!!!!!! Don't forget it.
If they want to retrieve guidance systems that were mistakingly surplused,
let them LIST EVERYTHING IN THE DARN BILL THAT WILL BE RETRIEVED. Geez
Louise. this is nuts. Don't let them have a blanket authority to decide
what must be retrieved.
