John,
This is from an older forum, and was taken from a '53 truck with original parts. I am not the author of this.
(all holes drilled are 5/16"):
6 Uprights (3 each side): 21-3/8" long x 1-3/4" wide x 1-7/32" thick.
3 Crossmembers: 4'-7-3/8" long x 1-11/16" wide x 1-3/16" thick.
On the crossmembers, measure in from each side 26-1/16" and drill holes, this is for the bracket
that holds the piece of wood that runs front to rear on the crossmembers (ridgepole)
