I got the correct NOS mattox (pick) with handle for $20 from Saturn
Surplus (www.saturnsurplus.com). These items don't seem to be on
their web site, but here's my original message to them:

They honored these prices (even through their web site has the gun
mount kit for $26.50).
I have yet to find the correct NOS shovel and axe.
The INTERIOR rear view mirror for the M35A2 which I bought and put on
is really great. You just have to drill a small hole at the top of
the windshield frame, tap it, and screw it in...there's only a post
coming out the back, no bracket. It makes it really nice to be able
to keep an eye on the kids in the back cargo area.
